HOW WE BEGAN…
A tradition beginning in 1994, the St. Ann’s Men Club has organized the distribution of Thanksgiving Baskets to those in need on the weekend before Thanksgiving Day. Last year, 1,747 baskets were distributed to families in Coppell, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Dallas, and other communities. We also provided 200 turkeys to a Soup Kitchen in Carrollton. Family names are obtained from school districts, Wellington, Family Gateway, and those provided to our parish office. We will provide 1,400 baskets this year.
