From coast to coast, the choir Gloriae Dei Cantores from Cape Cod, MA has received extensive critical acclaim for its artistic elegance, performance authenticity, and compelling spirituality. “Beautifully finished but richly emotional” (BOSTON GLOBE); “Seamless ensemble, seductive phrasing” (LOS ANGELES TIMES). Illuminating truth and beauty through exquisite choral artistry, the choir sings in 16 languages, has toured 23 countries in Europe, Asia, and North America, and specializes in sacred choral music from Gregorian chant through the latest 21st century repertoire.
Gloriae Dei Cantores will present a concert of sacred music featuring works by Des Prez, Bach, Howells,and others at St. Ann Catholic Parish on Tuesday, October 16 at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for students, children under 12 are free.

Highlights of the choir’s career include three invitational tours of Russia, the opening of the 900th anniversary of St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice, Italy, live radio and television broadcasts with the BBC, television and film soundtracks, Tree-lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Plaza, and performances in some of the finest concert halls throughout Europe and the United States. Their more than 50 recordings are distributed by Harmonia Mundi, USA.
The choir’s collaborative ventures have included a 16-city US tour of Mozart’s Requiem with Philippe Entremont and the Munich Symphony Orchestra (Columbia Artists, CAMI, LLC), performances of Mozart’s Requiem with the St. Petersburg Philharmonic in Russia, world premiere concerts and recordings with Grammy-award-winning artist Mark O’Connor, and 10 Holiday Tours with Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops Symphony Orchestra.
